A developed partnership strategy, identified collaboration opportunities, and strategic partnerships.
Start building relationships early, before you need them. Be clear about what you can offer partners in return. It's easy to overestimate your network, so be realistic about who can truly help.
As you move into implementation, you might need various partners. Identify the types of partners needed and start building those relationships. Here's how:

  1. Gather your design team, key stakeholders, and potential partners. Ideally, these people worked on your roadmap, funding strategy, and revenue model.

  2. Brainstorm your primary partnership needs. Do you need press access or funding? Determine your key needs.

  3. Brainstorm who you already know and who you can reach out to in your network.

  4. Set parameters around what you need from partners. Decide when you'll need each partner, what you can reasonably ask of them, and set deadlines.
