Step-by-Step Instructions


  1. List key activities (15 min). Brainstorm all major activities and decisions your team handles.

  2. Create a RACI matrix (20 min). For each activity, assign roles: Responsible (who does the work), Accountable (who makes decisions), Consulted (who provides input), and Informed (who needs updates).

  3. Identify issues (15 min). Look for activities with no owner, too many accountable parties, bottlenecks, and unclear boundaries.

  4. Resolve conflicts (10 min). Address overlaps and gaps through discussion and compromise.

  5. Document and share (5 min). Create a shared document for future reference.
