Participants will convert insights into actionable commitments. They'll identify practices to preserve and activities to eliminate. The goal is to ensure workshop outcomes lead to real change.
Participants will define start, stop, and continue decisions. They will create clear action items and a focused improvement plan.
Focus on concrete actions, not just feelings. This method tests workshop value: good workshops generate clear 'Start' items. Assign owners to each high-priority item before finishing. I've found that if you don't assign owners, things fall through the cracks.

  1. Create three columns: Start, Stop, and Continue.

  2. Brainstorm items for each column:

  • Start: New practices to implement.

  • Stop: Ineffective activities to eliminate.

  • Continue: Successful practices to maintain.

  1. Group similar items and prioritize them.

  2. Create specific action items with owners and timelines.
