Focus on one business model at a time. Base the canvas on real customer insights, not assumptions. Consider multiple revenue stream options. Be realistic about costs and resources. Test assumptions before committing resources. Update the canvas regularly as you learn more. Use it alongside other strategic tools. Keep it simple and actionable. Don't be afraid to throw the whole thing away and start over if your assumptions are wrong.
