Build prototypes to test with users and stakeholders. Learn by making. Gather feedback to improve your solutions.

  • Rapid prototypes ready for testing.

  • Tangible artifacts for quick validation.

  • Faster feedback cycles for iteration.

Start with low-fidelity prototypes. Test core assumptions first. Involve users early and often. See failure as a chance to learn. Don't get discouraged if the first prototype doesn't work perfectly – it's part of the process.

  1. Choose promising concepts. Use the "Determine What To Prototype" activity. Pick ideas with high potential.

  2. Build and test prototypes. Use the "Build & Run Prototypes" activity. Create simple prototypes. Focus on key elements.

  3. Capture findings. Use the Prototype Report Card. Document feedback and insights. Note what worked and what didn't.

  4. Iterate. Incorporate feedback. Make focused improvements. Keep testing refined prototypes.
