Manifestos alone don't change behavior; implementation does. In 30 minutes, create a concrete plan to bring your manifesto to life through processes, rituals, and decisions. This is a crucial bridge from inspiration to action. Use this exercise immediately after manifesto development. The magic happens when abstract principles become Monday morning practices. Without an implementation plan, manifestos become wallpaper. Expect rapid, action-oriented planning. You'll know it's working when the team identifies specific first actions.
