The $100 test works for budget decisions. NUF (New, Useful, Feasible) balances innovation and practicality. Document the reasoning behind top rankings, not just the order. Some teams struggle to not choose everything. Remind them that "choosing everything means choosing nothing."

  1. Item Review (5 minutes): Display items. Ensure everyone understands each one. Clarify ambiguities. Confirm the list is complete. Set ranking criteria (impact, urgency, feasibility).
