Why I built
Workshopr.
For more than 15 years, I've facilitated design sprints, strategy sessions, and team workshops at agencies and in-house teams across many industries, including startups, healthcare, fintech, and SaaS. Over time, I noticed a recurring problem: every facilitator kept having to reinvent the wheel.
We spent hours looking for the right exercise, adapting instructions from different sources, or building agendas from scratch. The knowledge was out there, but it was scattered across books, blog posts, and personal notes.
I created Workshopr to be the resource I always wanted: a single, curated library of proven workshops and exercises, with clear instructions, timing, and facilitation tips. No more piecing things together. Just pick what you need, prepare, and facilitate with confidence.
