This physical exercise reveals psychological resistance to change and loss aversion. Participants make simple physical modifications. They experience how difficult change feels, even when minor and temporary. This creates powerful insights about transformation. Embodied learning creates deeper understanding than theory alone.

  1. Introduction (1 min): In pairs, participants study each other. Then, they change 5 appearance items. Repeat. Debrief on the psychology of change. 2. Individual Work (4 min): Participants prepare their contributions. 3. Sharing Round (7 min): Each person shares with the group. 4. Wrap-up (3 min): Reflect on common themes and insights.
