The result is a visual board with personal insights into each team member. This creates conversation starters and a more connected group. Expect higher engagement and participation. Participants will find shared values and working preferences.
The picture category can be changed (e.g., "view from your window," "your favorite mug"). Questions can be tailored to the workshop's theme. Narrow the activity focus to a specific team, topic, or context.
Make sure the picture category and question are inclusive. Everyone should be able to answer comfortably. Avoid sensitive topics.

  1. Create a two-quadrant space for each person on a whiteboard tool.

  2. In the first quadrant, participants add a picture based on a category (e.g., a random photo from their phone, something on their desk).

  3. In the second, they answer a question like, "What's something you recently learned?" or "What was your first job?"
