Expect enhanced team communication. Participants will build physical comfort and trust. The team will gain experience with problem-solving under constraints. Participants will have concrete examples of shared values and working preferences. Team engagement should increase.
Consider a silent version. This variation focuses on non-verbal communication. It can provide a different perspective. To adapt, modify the instructions to prohibit talking.
Ensure a safe physical environment. Encourage communication. Help with safety if needed. Minor knots can be frustrating; acknowledge this possibility.
