Step-by-Step Instructions


  1. Item Review (5 minutes): Display items. Ensure everyone understands each one. Clarify ambiguities. Confirm the list is complete. Set ranking criteria (impact, urgency, feasibility).

  2. Individual Ranking (7 minutes): Each person ranks items independently, comparing items directly. Consider trade-offs. Record personal rankings. No discussion yet.

  3. Group Discussion (8 minutes): Share individual rankings. Discuss major differences. Debate reasoning. Find consensus and disagreement. Work toward a final team ranking.


Voting Variations:

Dot Voting: Each person gets 3-5 votes.
 $100 Test: Distribute $100 across options.

  • NUF Test: Score each on New, Useful, Feasible.
