Control what notifications you receive from Workshopr and how you receive them.
Accessing Notification Settings
- Click your profile in the top navigation
- Select "Settings"
- Navigate to the "Notifications" tab
Email Notifications
Choose which emails you'd like to receive:
Product Updates
- New features: Announcements about new Workshopr features
- New workshops: When new workshops are added to the library
- Tips & guides: Facilitation tips and best practices
Account Notifications
- Security alerts: Login from new device, password changes (always on)
- Account updates: Changes to your account or subscription
Newsletter
- Weekly digest: Curated workshops and facilitation insights
- Substack updates: New articles from our Substack newsletter
Notification Frequency
For applicable notifications, you can choose how often to receive them:
- Immediately: Get notified right away
- Daily digest: One email per day with all updates
- Weekly digest: One email per week summarizing activity
- Never: Don't receive these notifications
In-App Notifications
Coming soon! In-app notifications for:
- New workshops matching your interests
- Updates to saved favorites
- Community activity and responses
Unsubscribing
You can unsubscribe from emails in two ways:
- From Settings: Toggle off the notifications you don't want
- From the email: Click the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email
Note: Security-related emails cannot be disabled for your account protection.
Email Not Arriving?
If you're not receiving expected emails:
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Add noreply@workshopr.io to your contacts
- Verify your email address is correct in Settings
- Check that notifications are enabled for that category
